Joe: The Woodworker

With nearly 10 years’ experience as a carpenter and joiner, Joe stepped away from subcontracting to do his own thing.

After years on building sites, he watched too much beautiful, solid timber get ripped out and replaced with fast-grown imports, so he decided to do things differently. Now we rescue wood from renovations and other projects and give it a second life as furniture and homeware. If reclaimed isn’t for you, we can use whatever wood you like!

It was also clear to Joe that traditional woodworking skills were dying out, and he’s now on a mission to get people using hand tools again. Keep an eye out for his Intro to Woodwork and Hand Tool Restoration classes, coming soon!

Sally: The Boss & Artist

With over 10 years’ experience in marketing and communications, Sally keeps the business organised and makes sure people know about it.

When she’s not answering emails or filming reels, you’ll find her in the studio, turning workshop off-cuts into ocean-inspired resin art.
